Which Amendment I choose.

I chose number 4 and I feel this is the most important, Nobody can search your body, or your house, or your papers and things, unless they can prove to a judge that they have a good reason to think you have committed a crime.

The rights for number 4 is that nobody can search your body, or your house, or your papers and things, unless they can prove to a judge that they have a good reason to think you have committed a crime.

This right is important to have because if you have some personal stuff or random stuff a cop will see it and you might not want a cop to see it. Or if you’re family is having a reunion a cop might interrupt it and if you have a toy weapon and a cop might think it’s real you possibly might go to jail.

I chose number 4 as the most important because I don’t think anyone wants a cop looking through your personal stuff.

I think that the most important amendment is the first amendment because it gives you the freedom of speech and lets you follow any religion you chose (or if you even want to follow an religion). It also lets you protest peacefully if you want to. Those rights are important because if you cant say what you want to most of the time you wont listen or cooperate with another person. Its also important  because you should be able to chose your own path and you wont feel with all the freedom a person should have. It is the most important because then people will act aggressively and violently witch isn’t good (also you wont have freedom and wont be treated like a human).  The other amendments are important but personally i think that  this amendment is the most important because it treats you like a human.

The rights this amendment gives me is the right to carry a gun/weapon in the second amendment.

This right is important to have because it can protect us from robbers/murderers that try to break into people’s houses and steal.

I chose this right because I know that since soldiers carry guns to protect people from danger.We need our protection from bad people that try to steal from us.

The Bill of Rights are important, but if I had to chose I would chose number 9 ¨Just because these rights are listed in the Constitution doesn´t mean that don´t have other rights too!  

I think that right number 9 is the most important because I am able to do anything that the Constitution and the Bill of Rights don´t say. Like getting a house or a job.

We may do anything that the Constitution and the Bill of Rights for a long time  unless somehow they get vandalized. A way for that to happen is if someone rewrote the Constitution or the Bill of Rights.

After the Constitution was signed, president Washington didn´t know what was going to happen next that is why my last reason is that we have rights that people have never thought about!

I choose the amendment 4 because if you didn’t do nothing they don’t have the right to check your body.  When the police stops you can say no for them checking your car or your body or you are at your house they can search your house they can check anything in till the jury says they can.  If you did do the crime or not they do not the right to check your car or anything without the jury saying they can.   Also if you have a clean record and if your car doesn’t smell like anything like a drug or anything that is not illegal and the police calls the jury the jury can say no to check your car.  This is why i think the 4th amendment is the most important amendment.    

I believe that law number four is the best law, No one can search your body, your house, or your papers unless they can prove to a judge that you have committed a crime.

Let me tell you why I believe this is the best law.  These next three paragraphs will tell you about

Cop’s don’t need to be seeing if we have anything even if we haven’t committed a crime. You could have like weapons and that doesn’t mean anything. You have to have the full on search so then you have to find the real evidence.

We shouldn’t be held against a crime even if you didn’t commit to it. The cops don’t need to start assuming. They need to do a huge search to really see if that person did really commit a crime.

Just by searching a body, you can’t get any good evidence, you can get a little bit of evidence. You don’t want little clues you want the big clues so that you can see if the person is guilty or if they aren’t.

I believe that the first Amendment of the bill of rights is the most important because religion is important and everyone has their own religion.  I believe that the government can not stop anyone from practicing their religion or saying whatever they want or publishing their hard work.  They can also not let anyone say what they want because if someone really wants to say something they can’t stop you from saying it.

Number one is the most efficient for me because people can’t stop me or anyone from their religion.  Religion makes you happy and makes you believe in yourself and when people want to see your religion you should show your religion you shouldn’t care if people make fun of your religion.  If people make fun of your religion consider them a bully  or someone that doesn’t want to show their religion that is why religion is important for me.

The government can’t stop you from publishing your hard work practicing your religion and they can’t stop you from saying what you want.  It is very important because religion can help you relive your inner you and publishing your work will help other people understand how you feel and what your mind is up to.  Finally you saying what you want can help people know what you feel  and what they can do to make it better or they can help you with anything.

My reasons to why this is important.  The first example is that no one has the right to tell you to change your religion .  The second example is that nobody can stop you from saying something or publishing your hard work if you publish something that nobody wants to know or if they don’t care they still don’t have the right to not publish your work let them not care as long as you like it you should publish it.  Another reason why I chose number one is because no one can not do their own religion and the people from other countries and states don’t have to fit in.

That is why I chose the first Amendment which is more important for me and that is my opinion on which Amendment is best for me.
