In my opinion, Clear Spring Park is a negative human characteristic of Germantown. I think their are multiple reasons that Clear Spring Park is negative, here are some reasons.
One of the reasons is that, in Clear Spring Park there is some lack of control witch leads to graffiti and fighting and kids will get hurt by the fire pits. Also because there are homeless people and, teens, that do bad stuff like smoking witch hurts the lungs of young people plus, there is liter witch is bad for the environment.
So from all the evidence hat I see I think that Clear Spring Park is one of those failed community projects corrupted by bad stuff.
