In my opinion I think that kids be able to express and broadcast themselves through Youtube or another form of broadcasting site and add more content to youtube people may or may not like, also it lets kids to something fun and enjoyable in their free time instead of running around the house recklessly.
Nowadays, Kids are starting to get more intelligent….some are at least, and to be honest i think they could pull off pretty appealing content. Studies show that having a youtube channel with over 50 subs raises the amount of self-esteem in children and gives them a sense of leadership and happiness it also teaches them how to put work and effort in something, like their channel.
Now i know the thought of making a profit off of YouTube is so far fetched but hear me out. if the kids channel starts to grow in popularity, let’s, say 300,000 subs (yeah i know that’s hard), you may start to make a profit, maybe 50 to 60 dollars a week, it depends, but if they get that much they start making money of of YouTube and if they keep growing, maybe by the time they’re 18, they’ll make a living off of YouTube!
in conclusion i think that the reason kids should be able to broadcast themselves on YouTube because it adds a variety of new videos to YouTube (good or bad depending on what your preference is on their videos) and because they may be able to make a profit out of it, and if you want to make a youtube channel GO FOR IT!
