I chose the fourth amendment as the most important amendment. One of the reasons why the fourth amendment is one of the important ones is because if I did not commit a crime then they don’t know for shore that im Amendment the person that did it so they don’t have the right to search you. If the FBI wanted to search any ones house with out your permission then it would be fair because they dont know if you did any thing anything wrong. I chose this as the most important right. Because people should not be able to look through all of your things if you have nothing to do with lets say the robbery that happened next door or across the street and you have nothing to do with it.
