Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Edwin and  I go to Daly Elementary in Germantown, MD. I’m writing to you because I want your country to stop whaling because if you hunt to much whales you sons or daughters child won’t know what  whales. Another reason is that without whales the population of fish and plankton will get bigger or smaller. The third reason is without whales seagulls won’t get to eat fish because they work together, for example the whales scare the fish up to the top of the ocean and the seagulls dive and get the fish. Last but not least without whales the ocean will be filled with bacteria. The extra reason is the ocean won’t be the ocean without whales.

My name is Matthew and I go to Daly elementary school in Germantown, MD. i’m writing to you because I think whaling to stop for example. In the early 20 century people hunted whales in large number by the 1930s up to 50,000 whales were killed each year for their meat and for their oil. Also in 2005 japan has killed around 3,600 Minke whales in antarctic. The IWC’s 88 member nations 49-including Australia, New zealand, and the untied states oppose whaling. Japan took a total of 886 whales in 2006/7. I’m asking you to stop whaling because it bad for the whales and our planet.

My name is Jamour and I go to Daly Elementary in Germantown,Md.I’m writing to you because I want  you to stop whaling.You are killing an animal that maye has a family to take care of.Since 2005,Japen has killed a around 3,600 minke whales in Antarctic Water.Japan use science  as an excuse to kill whales.By the 1930s,up to 50,000 whale were killed each year for there meat and oil.When Japen keep eating whale they will become extinct.When they become extinct whales shows will end,no one will eat whales anymore,and no one will enjoy whale ever again.Whale are peaceful and innocent creature they don’t need to be hunted.

My first reason is, you should not be whaling because Norway and Iceland still kill 2000 whales each year to make whale products, IT HAS TO STOP. This is BAD NEWS! Capturing whales was placing small boats beside a whale hoping to scare it and drive it to shore and it would land on the beach and get killed. Isn’t that cruel!

My name is Cobin and I go to Daly Elementary in Germantown, MD. I’m writing to you because Whale hunting needs to stop! Think about how much of a big impact Whales can do to Japan. You can train whales and make a fortune by letting people watch the trained whales! Whales also can help the environment by decomposing something under water.

Eating at some point is okay to eat animals but, there’s going to be a less plantation of sea animals. The sea is like a farm that has animals that breathe underwater and, those animals stay underwater so they can be protected by others, also they can’t breathe out of the water. Protect those who protect you.      I choose to ban Whale Hunting!!
