No kids should have cellphones because there too young. Because they can do bad stuff with there phones they can’t pay the bills. Also they can do pranks they can go to jail also they can use it for Robberies or do other kinds of bad stuff they can also bring it to class the teacher would be mad. He or she will be kicked out of school the parent would say never use it again.
