Clear Spring Park
Clear Spring Park is located on Scenery Dr in Germ, Maryland behind Captain James Daly Elementary School. Clear Spring Park has a basketball court with 4 hoops. It has a little kid park for kids to stay active. The park was was created in 1981.
I Think Clear Spring Park is a negative human characteristic for Germantown and our community. Clear Spring Park has negative impacts such as litter. People smoke and eat and throw their trash on the floor. Also when people get ice cream or popsicles from the ice cream truck they throw their wrappers on the floor. People smoke and throw their cigarettes on the floor which could cause a fire.
The people that go to Clear Spring Park start fights and say bad words. What’s negative about this is that there are children that play there and their parents don’t want them learning these words. There aren’t police or park rangers very often and a lot of people can get away with it.
People that go there don’t always have adult supervision. People there aren’t very nice and matter of fact bullies come there to pick on younger people. Those are the people that start fights.
. People change who they are sometimes by learning by bad people that like teaching bad things to people. A lot of people that go their use their clothes inappropriately.
