The First Amendment

The first amendment is the most important . Religion is something that people believe. People think making fun of someones religion is funny but it’s really not.

There is lots of religion in the world such as Jewish, Christianity, Muslim, Catholic and much more. If you don’t like something about someones religion then keep it to yourself. Nobody wants to hear something that you don’t like because it won’t get changed. What would happen if somebody made fun of your religion.

Religion is for people who have a leader or is following a leader such as Jesus and God. Some people don’t believe in God or Jesus but that doesn’t mean that they can talk about your religion or even sometimes be racist. Making fun of how someone looks is bad too because a lot of people come from one religion and could look like how their religion is. People also make fun of how someone looks.

Heres and example, people say or call me a terrorist because i’m from Iran and Iran is close to Afghanistan and Iraq. There are current things religions do. Praying is something that all religions and all of them can be different or unique. It can’t be judged by someone that has a different religion because thats not what they do in their religion.

I think the 5th Amendment is more important than the rest because what if someone calls the police because someone is wondering around the neighborhood looking suspicious. And you walk out of your house looking to a good day wanting to take a walk and you are starting to walk out of your neighborhood and the police come and come out of the car and say freeze and you.Put your hands up and they handcuff you and meanwhile you see the real killer and you say look the real killerand the police don’t look back and then the police get a call from the same number saying that a killer is in their.House meanwhile when the police are getting in their car the turn on the news on then it says a killer has killed a victim and you have gotten arrested for nothing and the police’s boss fires those police officers because they. Arrested a innocent boy and you get let free

The 5th Amendment is the most important Amendment because it talks about jury stuff and all the information it can help out in a real jury.

All the information helps out allot because it gives you decision to answer the Jury’s questions. which gives your lawyer a bigger chance of getting you out of trouble, because there is not enough of evidence to prove your guilty. The 5th Amendment also says you can’t be tried for any serious crime without Grand Jury Meeting to decide whether there is enough evidence for trial. It also says you can’t be killed or put in jail, or fined, unless you were convicted of a crime by a Jury.

The first amendment states that the congress can’t tell you to practice or not practice your religion and can’t tell you what to say and were to say it. Let me show you why it’s important.

Let’s say you were home, all relaxed, watching TV, when suddenly the news say that a new law was made saying you have to practice your religion when you don’t. The government can’t do that because of the first amendment.

The first amendment also says that you can say whatever you want, but there are consequences like if you say something bad about the government, they can’t stop you but you might lose your job.

In conclusion, without the first amendment we would have no voice and have congress tell us if we can or can’t practice our religion. That is why the first amendment is the most important.

I believe the First Amendment because people have religion’s that are fair to people. So far people have no problem with people’s religion  so why should ya’ll. people give free speech’s like “ if I don’t agree with you people I want people to know that I don’t agree with you. Congress can’t stop a lot of people from meeting peacefully. It’s not fair that ya’ll think ya’ll could say whatever ya’ll want. For example I don’t want a soldier knocking on my door at 3:30 in the morning talking about lfix me some breakfast and some juice like no i would not like that to happen in my house.
