Solar power vs. Geothermal

 Solar power is a great energy source because the solar system lasts 15 to 30 years and solar panels soak up sunlight and changes it into electricity. Solar power is a renewable energy for an example it takes eight minutes to reach earth. If we collect sunlight that shines on earth in one hour we would have enough energy for entire year. PV power plants collect the electricity and sends it through power lines. Some people install solar panels on their houses you can even buy calculators, watches, and many other products that run on solar energy. The radiation of the sun is captured in solar panels that aere exposed to sunlight and the sun has been produced energy for billions of years. The cost for solar power is about 16 to 25 cents per hour and solar panels.

Wind biomass

                       I pick wind rather than biomass because wind does not require any electricity however biomass uses organic materials that can destroy the ecosystem. At the other hand wind is 9 cent per hour which means is cheaper than biomass. Biomass uses wood fuel crops and manure which is good but uses too much.

i learned that you dont need the sun to have solar energy beacuse the solar pannels keeps the suns heat inside of it. also using solar energy dose not produce air gasses or liquids. it costs 25 cents.

I think
you should pick Solar Power as your resource because solar power is capable of
providing times of total energy demand. Solar power has powered life on earth
for many yrs. nine solar power panels in Mojave Desert. It is the suns heat,
they use the suns heat to make electricity. (Wind Power) Tornados and
hurricanes show us how destructive Wind Is. We got electricity from all sorts
of different places including Wind. The first windmills had already been
invented in Asia. Wind Power is generated when wind turns turbines to run the generator.

I am using solar over biomass because solar panels are good because it will last for 15 30 years. Biomass is ok but it kills animals every year but it is a good energy source. Solar will cost a lot but it last long. Biomass will cost a medium amount for 2 years so it’s not bad. Solar is very good because it dose low impact but solar panels has one chemical. Biomass is good for energy with medium impact. The sun will last for 5 billon more years. Also they tried solar  on cars plans and boats so its safe.

Comparison

I did Geothermal and I did solar.  I like solar it cost more however the solar power plants produce electricity with the suns heat renewable. They transfer heat into water in a storage tank. The geothermal only uses the well.

Heat fluids –to high temperatures to a turbine to generate electricity. Solar has two ways for energy, solar is a renewable energy source. It is pollution it lasts 15-30. Also how solar power is better for the pollution it requires large physical space for the PV cell panels. It needs sunny weather, supplement energy may be needed in low sunlight areas.

For the geothermal it has water panels that produce turbine produce water energy unlike solar energy it just needs sun to produce the roller coasters. Geothermal is water   energy and solar is heat from the sun for electricity.Goethermal generates it from the earth’s core.

Geothermal is ten cents an hour and solar thermal is 16-25 cents.

Solar is the sun’s ray’s solar radiation. Geothermal has 97% less aside rain. Geothermal is found in the Pacific Ocean.

Solar power vs. hydro power

Solar energy is better than hydro power. Solar is better because even though on days that there is no sun the energy still works in the house. It still works because the solar panels keeps the suns heat inside it. The generator makes electricity. The costs of the solar panels is 25 cents for the solar panels. Solar energy is renewable. Solar energy does not produce air or water or gas so it is good for the environment. Hydro is bad hydro powers movement from the water. Another name for it is hydroeleetric

Fossil Fuels vs. Wind energy

I pick wind energy over fossil fuels because wind energy is a clean energy fossil fuels are a dirty type of energy. Fossil fuels make it easier to start global warming it can also start acid rain. Wind energy is cheap it cost ten dollars. While fossil fuels keep on growing. The stronger the coal the stronger the energy and the stronger the wind turbines the stronger the energy. But the stronger the coal the worse for the environment. There are three forms of fossil fuels coal, oil and smoke. This pollutes the environment and wind energy is not effecting the environment!

Since I pick Biomass over Geothermal because Biomass is better for the environment Biomass cost more however biomass is reusable there’s are not. Plant biomass, such as wood, corn, and sugar cane that we plant. We burn biomass and fossil fuse but fossil fuse is wears for the environment plant biomass is renewable because we plant it such as other nonrenewable energy’s like fossil fuse. Most energy’s aren’t renewable but biomass is.
